Yes, ZigBuilders designs its homes.
- Do you build any "smaller" homes?
Yes, we build "smaller homes" as well as large ones... 1,800 sq ft single story on up; the common denominator in all of our homes is nice detailing and great use of space.
- What is ZigBuilders' dollar per square foot cost?
Currently starting around $100 per square foot.
- Will you finish my existing homes lower level?
Yes, we will make lower levels feel as much a part of your home as the main level.
- Will you do an addition to my current home?
Yes, we do remodels/additions. Please keep in mind that this process takes longer than new construction.
- What sets Zig apart from other builders?
